Welcome to Uluwatu Swing. We believe in clear, transparent, and fair agreements. By accessing our website and utilizing our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

1. Agreement to Terms

By using our website or booking an experience, you signify that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.

2. Booking and Payments

All bookings are subject to availability. Our online booking request form does not guarantee a confirmed reservation until you receive a formal confirmation and invoice from our team.

Pricing: Prices are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time.
Payment: Full payment or a required deposit must be made via the accepted payment methods as detailed in your invoice prior to the experience.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Standard Policy

We understand that plans can change. Please review our standard cancellation windows carefully:

Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled experience will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 24-48 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
No-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will not be refunded.

*Note: Specific packages or group bookings may have unique cancellation policies which supersede this standard policy. These will be communicated during the booking phase.

4. Health and Safety Requirements

Our experiences, particularly the swings and ATV adventures, involve inherent risks. We prioritize safety above all else.

Guests must adhere to all safety instructions provided by our staff at all times.
Weight, age, and health restrictions may apply. Please disclose any relevant medical conditions before booking.
Uluwatu Swing reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated, medically unfit, or fails to follow safety protocols, without refund.

5. Liability Waiver

While we take every precaution to ensure your safety, participation in our activities is at your own risk. By participating, you agree to release Uluwatu Swing, its employees, and affiliates from any liability for personal injury, loss, or damage to property that may occur during the experience to the fullest extent permitted by law.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service periodically to reflect changes in our practices or relevant laws. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
